Twist – Tweet – Twist 09.01.10
Hello everyone.
Hoping this blog doesn’t accidentally delete itself this time, otherwise instead of us updating you, you’ll simply have to make it up and assume that is in fact what we’re doing.
How are you all? We’re swell thanks for asking. We had a great time 2 weeks back headlining another gig at The Twist which has now been painted a rather lovely red colour inside.
Many of you weren’t able to attend due to some Leonite Kings playing at V Fest, but to those that did see us…well the music speaks for itself. We hope!
Yesterday we did an interview and photoshoot for online magazine ‘The Tweeting Times’. That was a lot of fun and certainly involved many homoerotic model poses in order to firmly establish our manliness. Hmmm…
More soon! Watch this space. Cheers Russ for putting up with our quirkyness and for taking some hilarious pics by an abandoned shack.
Finally in case you missed us last time, we are in fact playing The Twist once again. This time supporting local Electro Punks ‘Angry Vs The Bear’. September 25th – be there or be rhombus shaped. You heard us…..RHOMBUS SHAPED!
Anyone seen any good films lately?

Dartford, Fordham, Halesworth and Pear Cider 08.18.10
Hello boys and girls.
Once again we must apologise for the lack of updates and blogs lately. We have been busy we assure you, but that’s no excuse so we’ll make it up to you right now.
Back in July we had a crazy day of playing Dartford Festival then rushing back to Colchester to headline The Bull in the evening. It was an awesome day and everyone who came seemed to enjoy themselves muchly.
This weekend we played 2 festivals. The first one was Fordham Fest which was set to be great but due to the rubbish weather there was a mild lack of audience. Still we enjoyed playing as always and hopefully anyone that did see us will be reading this and adding us as a friend.
Welcome to you!
Secondly was the awesome Gig In The Park in Halesworth. Definitely a lot of fun and an awesome stage to play on. Although it got more cloudy/rainy through the day we were lucky enough to have sunshine for our audience making the mood much more upbeat.
For those interested in what we played that day our set was:
Epiphany
No More Mr Nice Guy
Power Of Love
Voodoo In The Basement
The Grumps
Restless
In A Spell
Naino Is Lonely
We hope we can play there again next year!
All in all very busy but it doesn’t stop there as we’re working on new material for a forthcoming EP. Not too many details at present but as we get more we shall endeavour to fill you in.
Finally in conclusion, there is no cider like a Kopparberg Pear Cider. That is all.
Cheers

EP Launch Party Success! 04.19.10
Hello There,
Last Friday night was a real success for us!
We gave away about 80 free EP’s at the launch and are so pleased to get the music out there – to you! Sales of the new EP since the launch have a also been going well. They are £5 each for the CD which contains 7 tracks – so it’s really a mini album!
We are busy sorting out online purchasing but in the meantime we have a new track up on our Myspace as a teaser for the EP. It is called “No More Mr Nice Guy” and you can check it out here: http://www.myspace.com/thisblankpage
Also we need your ratings and comments to play at the Heineken Festival. Please go to http://www.supajam.com/fib2010/entry/This-Blank-Page and register an account and then leave a rating of 5 stars and a comment about how much you love us as a band! :-) Voting ends today so please don’t delay.

Love TBP x
